Yes we do. We have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If within 30 days after signup for our services you decide that our regular hosting services (i.e. the WebCard plan is excluded) do not live up to your expectations, we will refund you the hosting fees.

This 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to domain reservations (though if you don't get the domain name you tried to register you will receive a full refund). These are processed immediately upon receipt and are forwarded without delay to Melbourne IT, LTD, AZC's partner Registrar. Owing to the fact that in the chain of domain name reservation, from the Central Registry, to a Registrar, and down to AZC, all are bound by a contract that has no cancellation clauses, so we regretably can not refund your domain name reservation fees.
