I think my site has been temporarily suspended, why?

Our hosting system is highly automated and performs many administrative functions without human intervention. One of such functions is to temporarily denies access to sites whose hosting fees are greatly overdue.

Access to the site can only be restored when a payment has been received and recorded in our database. When a payment has been recorded, the system will reactivate the site during its next cycle (usually a few hours later).

If your account is overdue, please contact our billing department or send us your payment immediately.
