Where can I look up my billing history?You can view, and update your billing history and payment method for any of your accounts online with our Billing Manager which you can access through the Account Manager Toolkit, accessible through the login utility on AZC's Homepage. Click on the "Links" button, and then select link #1. Alternatively, you can also update the information at https://secure.azc.com/database/. Be sure to have your customer ID and PIN available. If you have misplaced either one or both, please retrieve them from http://www.azc.com/db/get_access_codes. Enter the Customer ID and PIN in the Customer Login Window. The following screen will dispay your customer information and the accounts that are attached to this customer id number. Click on the domain name that you wish to change the payment method for. The next screen will show you the Basic Account Information Screen. Click on the Billing Information Button. On the billing information screen, click the generate history button on the bottom of the screen.
