How and when will you bill me?

We will bill you for your hosting at the start of each hosting term. Domain renewals will be billed before processing.

We will email you an invoice two weeks prior to the beginning of the new hosting term. This email will be sent to the contact email address you provided us at signup. So, it is of the utmost importance that you keep this email contact address up to date in our database.

When we receive or process (if your credit card info is in our database) your payment, our automated system will also send you an email confirmation. If you do not receive such confirmation one week after the due date, please contact us immediately at
