How do I change my username and website password?

You cannot change the username of your account. But, you can change its password. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Login in your Account Manager ToolKit at AZC's Homepage (in the upper left hand corner)
2. Click on the (Links) button
3. Select the #1 link "Account Information Database"
4. Login via the "Customer Login" side, using your customer ID and PIN
5. At the bottom of the page, in the Accounts section, click on the link of domain of which you want to change.
6. Change the password and click on submit.

It may take up to a few hours for the new password to become active.
