How do I close/deactivate my account?If you would like to close down or deactivate your account, please send a message to billing@azc.com. In your request, include the following information:
Be sure to include all of the above as they will be used to verify your request. If you do not send us this information, we are not able to verify your request and will not deactivate the site. If you have misplaced the above info, please click "Forgot my Password". The info will be emailed to your email address on our file. If you would like to deactivate your site on its renewal date, please send your request at least two business days before the renewal date. Otherwise, our automated system will charge your credit card for the next billing period before we can deactivate the site. Though we refund you the hosting fee in that case, note that we will pass on the credit card company transaction fee which is usually $5 minimum or 5%, whichever is higher.
