Can I use MS Word to create my web pages?

Though Microsoft advertises that MS Word can create html web pages, its capabilities are fairly limited and should only be used to convert mainly Word documents into textual web pages. After all, Word is primarily a word processing program, designed to deal with text. Just as you would not use Word to create a spreadsheet or database, you would not want to use Word for web page design.
