I want my domain name appear in my outgoing mail, how can I do this?

We will answer your question under the assumption that you are using AZC's SMTP mail server to send outgoing email. If this is not the case, please check with your ISP's Technical Support instead.

If you wish your outgoing mail to also show your virtual domain name, you need to configure your email client or email program. The procedure to reconfigure your email program varies from program to program, so, you need to consult your software manuals. In many software packages the settings can be modified in the "preferences" or "settings" tab.

When you set up your POP account using our MailTool in the Account Manager Toolkit™, it will show you how to configure the settings for some of the more popular email clients using the specific data for that POP account. Even if you are familiar with setting up these email clients, or will be using another email client, you may want to take a peek for reference purposes.
