When I attempted to download a large message, my Microsoft Outlook either hung up or grabbed only part of the message. Any suggestions? This is actually a question about how to use a desktop application of yours, so you should contact Microsoft Technical Support. It has nothing to do with the server side operated by AZC. Having said that, as a courtesy we will provide a suggestion below - to increase email file retrieval size for Microsoft Outlook, using Outlook 2000 (with screen shots) as an example:
Once the adjustment is made, you might be able to retrieve a larger email message, up to 10MB! You can also ask your correspondent(s) to break up a large message the next time, assuming your correspondent(s) also use Microsoft Outlook. The best way, is for both you and your correspondents to learn a better approach to send large files to someone.
