What is my registry key? Where can I find it?

When you registered your domain name, you were emailed a "registry key" that can be used to manage and administer your domain name's official record. It was included in the email confirmation message with "Registration Complete" in the subject line.

You may view your registry key at any time by logging in to the Secure Customer Database:

• go to https://secure.azc.com/database
• log in to the left panel only using your Customer ID and PIN
• click on the domain name you need information for (toward the bottom of the screen) - this takes you to the information screen for that domain name
• at the bottom of that screen, click on your domain name again - this will take you to the registration information screen
• your registry key is in the top area, 6th line down

You can also retrieve your registry key at any time from our access codes request link, beneath the login utility on AZC's homepage. However, these codes will only be emailed to the authorized contact address for that domain.
