What is the default account?The "default" account is a special "catch-all" or "fall-back" account. Any message sent to your domain but for which no defined email accounts exist, (i.e. you did not define a POP box or redirect account) is automatically delivered to the "default" account, and is further processed according the delievery option(s) set up there. For example, suppose someone sends a message to poolboy@yourdomain.com, but there is no such a mailbox by that name, then that message would be delivered to the default email box.
