How do I use AZC's mail server to send outgoing messages?

  1. Check with your ISP through whom you are connected to the Internet and see if they allow you to use a third party SMTP mail server to send outgoing messages. Please do this step first to avoid any unnecessary frustration!
  2. If they do let you send mail via a third party, then login your Account Manager Toolkit, set up a POP account, and then configure your email client software per the illustrated instructions given in one of three setup wizards.
Note: The Account Manager Toolkit is Accessible through the login utility on AZC's homepage
  3. Acquire the habit to always click on, e.g. the [Send/Recv] button of your email software (i.e. the one that enables you to check for new messages) Before you try to send out any messages. For some screen shots and a couple more hints, you may wish to consult the FAQ "I keep getting 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1). when attempting to send messages, why?".

If they don't allow you to send mail via a third party, please consult the FAQ "My ISP doesn't allow me to use AZC's mail server to send outgoing messages, what can I do?"
