What is the Account Information Database?

The Account Information Database is where we store all records pertaining to your account. You can access the database through your Account Manager Toolkit™, in the Links section under selection number 1. Access to the Account Information Database allows you to update your own customer and billing information, change your account login password, and review your account and payment history.
