Value Added Reseller Program

This program is for those resellers that want to give their customers a total, integrated, all-in-one web presence solution. Technical support and billing will be provided by Value Added Resellers (VAR). All customer interaction will go through the VAR.

Program Parameters:

• As VAR may provide additional services, VAR may set their own retail pricing.
• VAR will bill customer directly for all hosting fees.
• VAR will provide all technical support to customer, including hosting related technical matters.
• VAR will receive 15% discount off published retail rates on all hosting services listed at http://www.azc.com/htmls/service.html, as long as account is current. Webcard plans and domain registration services are retail offerings only and will not be discounted.

Program Qualifications:

To participate in the program and to qualify for the discounts, VAR must have at least five active hosting accounts assigned to his/her Customer ID. WebCard accounts will not be counted towards the qualification level.

The discount plan will activated upon the sixth hosting order. All accounts must be current. Any account that is 14 days overdue will be removed from total number of accounts eligible for discount program. If removal of account causes the total number of eligible accounts to fall to five or lower, reseller will loose discount eligibility. VAR can regain discounts by requalifying according to the parameters set forth in the previous paragraph.

If a VAR fails to provide proper customer support and VAR customers contact AZC directly for assistance and technical support as a consequence of VAR's failure to communicate and support VAR customers, AZC reserves the right to reclassify VAR customer accounts as AZC retail accounts. If reclassification of account causes the total number of eligible accounts to fall to five or lower, reseller will loose eligibility to qualify for hosting discounts and all hosting accounts will be charged at normal retail rates.

Important Information:

• In order to maintain your reseller status, you must maintain at least five accounts with AZC.COM at all times.
• You must keep all of your address, phone, and email records with AZC.COM up to date. Please use our Oracle database to do so.
• When opening a new account you must use your Customer ID and PIN or you will not get credit for the account.
• You must provide adequate technical support to your customers and respond in a timely matter to their inquiries. If you fail to do so, and your customers contact AZC for support, we will be compelled to reclassify the hosting account as a retail account and will be removed from your customer ID or account list.

NOTE:

A Reseller has no authority to contract on behalf of AZC.COM or legally bind AZC.COM in any fashion, nor shall a reseller be authorized to make any representations about AZC.COM or its services other than what is described in AZC.COM's Service Descriptions and the Service Agreement that you will receive upon signup. In other words, please do not promise your customers anything that AZC.COM does not explicitly offer.
